Once you complete your investment and intake form, your 21-day window begins on the date of your scheduled kickoff session. During our 60-minute session, we’ll solidify your offer or experience and identify the systems that need to be built or optimized.
We’ll use a dedicated Basecamp project to track tasks, deliverables, and updates. All real-time communication will happen through Messenger, and I’ll provide progress updates and requests via Loom video so everything is clear and actionable. When the project is complete, we’ll have a final wrap-up call to review all the assets, answer questions, and close the loop.
Timely responses on your end are crucial. If your project exceeds the 21-day window due to delayed communication, you may be asked to enter a retainer agreement (billed monthly) or have the project closed out at its current stage.
